On 4/23 from 9-11pm ET, we will be performing updates to our secure HL7 VPN connections. During this window, we expect to see 2-3 minute downtimes for customers who send HL7 messages to CipherHealth. You may receive alerts about the connection being down during this maintenance window - these alerts will not require any action. HL7 messages will queue for processing, and then will be processed after the brief downtime is complete.
